  • These are some of my favorite shots from last night’s concert. Haha I’m starting to love this point and shoot camera I used.
  • Probably the second best concert night in my entire existence.
  • I arrived at the venue about 4 hours early but realized that queuing up early was nonsense since the early birds and late-goers ended up being mixed together in the pit…
  • I made three signs: WHO’S WATIC?!, TAYLEX EXISTS, and JORDAN, MARRY NO ONE ELSE BUT ME. I wish WATIC noticed even just one but..
  • Nevertheless I enjoyed the concert so much, even though I’m not a big fan of the two other bands (Set Your Goals and This Century)
  • Set Your Goals was so cool, I can see how much they’re enjoying the show. Even though their genre isn’t really my type of music, the way they perform makes it worth watching. They’re all smiles! Adorable.
  • Their drummer (whose name’s Mike Ambrose, I just Googled earlier lol) is so fucking hot, he plays the drums like a sex god. Like, seriously. Hahaha and he looks like Ridiculously Photogenic Guy, I swear. And Ryan Gosling. I’d like to believe I was just watching him 90% of the time. The way he looks at me is too…ugh my ovaries
  • This Century’s really very friendly too, I like how Joel talks to the crowd and wears the bracelets being thrown at him. He even took a fan up the stage. Ahhh, that’ll forever be my dream. Haha and good think I tried listening to some of This Century’s songs before the concert so I was able to sing along with them a bit
  • Then there’s We Are The In Crowd. Yeah, just them.
  • THEYKILLEDTHESTAGESOMUCHITWASPERFECTIONATITSFINEST
  • I’m pretty sure I’m so torn between Jordan and Cameron now. I’m currently married to Jordan (I ASKED HIM IF I COULD MARRY HIM DURING THE ACOUSTIC PEEK AND HE SAID SURE SO DON’T YOU DARE TELL ME THAT I’M DREAMING. I ASKED FOR A HUG AND HE GAVE ME ONE TOO) but Cameron is too adorable (and young too lol). I see Kickass in him lol
  • Watching WATIC felt so surreal, I wish every night was like that. I loved singing along with them, and ugh…I love each and every one of them. Each. And. Every. One.
  • WATIC made a pinky promise with us that they’re coming back soon. I’m so looking forward to that.
  • The fact that they sang You’ve Got It Made made my night even more happy (or emotional, I think). That song just reflects how I feel at the moment for him. (Hi, J.)
  • WATIC IS TOO MUCH :(((((((((( THEY’RE SO AWESOME I’D WANT TO KEEP THEM ALL IN MY BAG AND BRING THEM HOME OMG I MISS THEM :(((((
  • ALSO, THAT BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE BAZOOKA ROCKS CONCERT ON SEPTEMBER 30 JUST MADE ME HYSTERICAL FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. THE MAINE IS COMING BACK AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT I’M MISSING THAT. I NEED A JOB FOR CONCERT TICKETS OMGGG
  • #POSTCONCERTDEPRESSION IS SLOWLY SINKING IN, IT’S SO DEPRESSING. :(
  • More photos of the acoustic peek and concert here.

I almost forgot posting this, just in time for The Philippines’ Independence Day. I actually consider this day a holiday just because it’s already a tradition. Not because I can really feel independence. LOLWHUT

This pair of shoes has been with me since 2009. I bought a plain Keds canvas shoes and doodled Riot! all over it with my two hands and a laundry pen. It’s been through a lot of obstacles - heavy rain (which kinda made the design a bit dirty but it looked prettier that way), different pairs of feet stomping on it, and the first ever Parathrilla in Manila.
Who wouldn’t pull this off on that day? I even have this scene in my head where the band members are gonna see my shoes and they’ll say it’s awesome. But I guess it will just be a dream now.
I’m still hoping that someday, I’m gonna say “It’s not a dream anymore” though.

How can a Filipino not know Ondoy? After that not-so-fateful event, my photography class went to Cainta, Rizal to shoot. Man, was it unforgettable. I got to see how the people in that place moved on from the disaster and it feels good to help, too. We donated a hundred (?) pairs of slippers to kids.
I feel like posting some of my ~^pHotOgraPhy^~ on my blog so I hope you don’t mind.
